All bookings made at MCity Elite Suites are subject to our cancellation and refund policies. Failure to check in on the reserved date may incur a penalty as per the applicable rate policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if the provided information is invalid, fraudulent, or violates our policies. This includes incorrect credit card details, suspicious activity, or booking errors.

Guests who choose to shorten their stay after check-in may incur a penalty. Any revised bookings will be charged as per the best available rate at the time of the new reservation.

An early departure fee may be charged if the guest checks out before the confirmed check-out date.
