Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

Guests who depart earlier than scheduled will not be refunded for the remaining nights.

Discounted or promotional bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Date changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Some packages may be non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date. This will be specified at the time of booking.

Group booking refund policies may differ. Please contact us or refer to your group booking agreement.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or travel restrictions), MCity Elite Suites reserves the right to offer alternate solutions in place of refunds.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and bank policies.
